- Washington Secretary of State Kim Wyman has forwarded 74 potential voter fraud cases to county prosecutors.
- Washington Secretary of State Kim Wyman has forwarded 74 potential voter fraud cases to county prosecutors — including four in Benton and Franklin counties. The 74 cases in the state account for 0.002 percent of the 3.36 million votes Washingtonians cast in the 2016 general election, Wyman said in a statement. She said the study is further evidence that there was no widespread voter fraud in Washington.

- Alaska Lt. Governor Mallott Responds to Election Integrity Commission’s Data Request
- While Alaska law deems some voter information public and available to anyone who requests it, the distribution of voters’ ages, dates of birth, social security numbers, and signatures – among other things – is strictly prohibited. Lt. Governor Mallott and the Division of Elections will pay close attention to the Commission, and may respond as their work develops over the next several months.

- Lawyers try to put Kobach under oath in Trump voter panel case
- Opponents of President Trump’s voter integrity commission asked a federal judge Thursday for permission to depose Vice Chairman Kris Kobach as they seek to force the panel to be more transparent about what it’s doing. The Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, one of a number of groups that have sued to derail the commission, filed a number of demands with the court in Washington, D.C., trying to pry information loose from the panel.
- Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) is warning that Democrats will try to use a must-pass bill to dissolve the administration's voter fraud commission if the president doesn't end it first.

- The first public meeting of the special commission formed by President Trump to expose and correct what he has identified post-election as widespread voter fraud will convene at the NH Institute of Politics in Manchester located on the campus of Saint Anselm College, next month. The Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity will meet Sept. 12 between 10 a.m and 4 p.m. to receive information from the public relevant to its advisory function “pursuant to Executive Order 13799,” including information from those claiming experience and knowledge of voter fraud, election fraud and related issues.

- J. Christian Adams claims there's an "alien invasion" at the voting booth. Adams, a member of President Donald Trump's election integrity commission, is dedicating his life to cleaning up registration rolls around the country and trying to prevent non-citizens from casting ballots. To do so, he's spent years suing counties to force them to purge their rolls and he's published personal information online- including social security numbers- about thousands of registered voters he believes could have committed fraud.

The Transformative Justice Coalition and Voting Rights Alliance Denounces Trump Administration Executive Order Establishing Election Integrity Commission
The Transformative Justice Coalition and the Voting Rights Alliance strongly denounce the Trump Administration's Executive Order establishing an Election Integrity Commission as a cynical ploy to promote voter suppression. "As every study has found insignificant instances of voter fraud, the prioritization of this Commission by President Trump serves no other purpose than that of promoting a false narrative and more voter suppression," said President and Founder Barbara R. Arnwine of the Transformative Justice Coalition and Co-Chair of the Voting Rights Alliance.
The real focus and issues facing Americans’ Election Integrity is the proliferation of 21st Century Jim Crow voter suppression laws throughout our nation, 21st Century IT hacking of our voting machines and no accountability for election results (25% of our voting machines produce NO paper ballots), the gerrymandering of our legislative districts that eliminate competitive elections and stifle public policy debate, and the proliferation of money and secret donations into our American election system. If American democracy is to survive and fulfill the vision of our founding fathers, these are the issues that must be addressed and eliminated.
No further evidence of the bad intent of this Commission is needed than that of the appointment of Voter Suppressor In Chief, Kris Kobach, Kansas Secretary of State, as Vice-Chair. Over the last several years, Mr. Kobach's schemes to impose proof of citizenship restrictions on the voters of Kansas have been repeatedly rejected by the courts. In addition, Mr. Kobach has been a strong proponent of the Interstate Crosscheck system, which has wrongfully purged voters from state registration rolls. Greg Palast's film "The Best Democracy Money Can Buy," details Mr. Kobach's involvement in creating the racially oppressive Crosscheck system.
Any legitimate commission would include members who reflect the organizations which have worked incessantly to combat voter suppression such as Project Vote, the NAACP, the Voting Rights Alliance and more, instead of known serial voter suppressors.
Placing this Commission under the supervision of the anti-voting rights Department of Justice and Attorney General Jefferson Sessions also evidences its purpose to restrict the American electorate at the expense of African American, Latino, Native American, student, low income, and disabled voters. This Commission also will waste public resources.
"We will not remain idle whilst the blood sacrifices of so many people for our voting rights are denigrated and undermined by this Administration," said Ms. Arnwine. "We will fight until this Commission is disbanded."
